David Luce is a Shanghai-based live music promoter and founder of SHFT Asia, one of China’s leading independent touring agencies. With over 15 years in the region, he specializes in bringing top international artists to Greater China through large-scale tours, festivals, and cultural events. He has produced over 1,000 live shows in China since 2013 across dance, hip-hop, and pop, working with artists such as Travis Scott, Central Cee, Tinashe, Russ, DJ Snake, and many more.
