Aaron is a partner in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group in Investment Banking, where he leads the Entertainment Investment Banking team. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 as an analyst and was named managing director in 2015 and partner in 2024.

Aaron serves on the Board of Directors of the Arthur Miller Foundation, a nonprofit that provides access and equity to theater education in public schools. He also serves on the Board of Directors of SeaChange, a nonprofit providing grants, loans, analysis and advice to help nonprofits work through complex financial and organizational challenges.

Aaron earned an AB in Computer Science from Harvard University in 2003.
