Dustin Blank is Head of Partnerships at ElevenLabs, where he leads the company’s strategic relationships across entertainment, music, creators, publishers, nonprofits, and platforms. Based in Los Angeles, he drives high-profile initiatives including Iconic Voices, the Amplify creator program, and the ElevenLabs Impact Program — building the partnerships that position ElevenLabs at the intersection of AI audio and culture.

Before ElevenLabs, Dustin spent over 15 years across corporate media and the creator economy. He led creator partnerships and investments at Creative Juice — including contributions to the MrBeast creator fund — served as Director of Global Content Strategy at MGM, and held roles at The Walt Disney Company and Fox Corporation. He also founded Von Content, an advertising venture built around the creator economy.

Dustin holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BA with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
