Erica Rupp joined Snap Inc., the parent company of Snapchat, in April 2015 and is a Senior Manager on the Content team. She played a key role in launching Spotlight, Snapchat’s vibrant platform for user-generated content, and is passionate about Snapchat where trends take off, culture thrives, and diverse voices are celebrated.

Before Snap, Erica worked at PBS Digital Studios, where she produced educational digital video content covering everything from science and pop culture to art, food, news, and music.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts in Film and Television Production. She currently lives in Los Angeles.
