Jen Hollingsworth serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Flawless, an award-winning leader specializing in groundbreaking generative AI technology for film and television. In her role she oversees all commercial strategy, collaborating with executives and content creators to maximize scalable, positive impact, as well as overseeing the company’s exclusive partners program, cultivating partnerships that benefit from Flawless’ underlying ethos and commitment to protect creator and artist rights.

Hollingsworth joins Flawless from Lionsgate, where she served for over 15 years, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of the Motion Picture Group, helping set and execute strategic initiatives and corporate priorities for the $1.5 billion film business. She also led the Finance and Content Strategy Teams, and established the Inclusive Content Team, focused on developing and implementing strategies to increase content diversity across the globe. While with Lionsgate, Hollingsworth closed over $3 billion of film financing, for global blockbuster franchises including THE HUNGER GAMES, NOW YOU SEE ME, and JOHN WICK, as well as the Academy Award®-winning LA LA LAND. She was involved in Lionsgate’s $412 million acquisition of Summit Entertainment and presided over a period of record profit margins. Hollingsworth came to Lionsgate via the company’s 2007 acquisition of Mandate Pictures, where she served as Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development.

Hollingsworth has served on the Board of Atom Tickets for seven years and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Female Executives in Media and Entertainment (FEME), the non-profit she co-founded in 2014. She is a Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, serves on the Finance Committee, and is a mentor in its Academy Gold Program. She also serves in the mentorship programs of both UCLA and the University of Michigan and regularly guest lectures at both schools. She earned a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
