Kiki Wolfkill leads Film/TV for Xbox and is responsible for overseeing the film/tv development strategy and execution for Xbox’s first-party IP portfolio. Her focus is on expanding game worlds into the linear entertainment space to build authentic blockbuster experiences that expand both game and entertainment audiences.
She served as the executive producer for the HALO television series in collaboration with Steven Spielberg and Showtime. With a rich background in visual storytelling, team building, and creative strategy, Kiki combined her extensive production experience and creative leadership to bring the iconic world of HALO to the screen.
Joining Halo Studios in 2009 as Executive Producer, she was responsible for building the internal Halo 4 game team and successfully launching the critically acclaimed title. With over two decades of game development experience first as an Art Director then as an Executive Producer, Kiki has left an indelible mark on gaming, having worked on notable franchises such as Project Gotham Racing, Forza Motorsport, Fable, Crackdown, Gears of War, and Mass Effect.
Kiki is passionate about exploring the convergence of entertainment mediums and leveraging new technologies to create storytelling experiences that bring worlds to life in innovative ways and across multiple platforms.
In 2013, Kiki was named one of the 10 Most Powerful Women in Gaming by Fortune Magazine, one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business in 2017, and one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Seattle by Seattle MET magazine in 2018. Kiki sits on the Advisory Board for the 2021 inaugural Tribeca Games Award as part of the Tribeca Film Festival.
