Lauren Moffat is the EVP of Development at Doug Robinson Productions, a Sony Pictures Television production company. Moffat develops comedy and drama projects for cable and streaming outlets. Since joining the company in 2022, she has sold and developed projects with Tyler, the Creator, Kevin Hart, and Peyton & Eli Manning, among others.

Previously, Moffat served as SVP, Drama Development at Sony Pictures Television from 2019-2021, where she developed drama series and limited series for broadcast, cable and streaming platforms. She was the studio executive on the MGM+ series A Spy Among Friends, and developed the Netflix series Obliterated.

Prior to that, Moffat rose through the ranks for many years on the comedy side at SPT to SVP, Comedy Development. She oversaw development and production of Netflix’s Cobra Kai, One Day at a Time and Atypical, Amazon’s A League of Their Own, Showtime’s Black Monday and Hulu’s Future Man.
Before joining Sony Pictures Television, Moffat was an agent trainee at Paradigm from 2005-2007.
