Sovereign has been with the company since it launched in 2017, and has played an integral role in the company’s rapid growth over the past few years.

Named among Variety’s 41 under 40: The New Leaders Class of 2025, Sovereign oversees the content strategy across all of Wave’s properties including its award-winning, original programming — “Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce,” “House of Maher with Ilona Maher,” “Podcast P with Paul George,” “7PM in Brooklyn with Carmelo Anthony,” “Straight to Cam with Cameron Brink,” among others.

Sovereign began his career in digital content production at Studio71, a leading global media company for digital-first creators and brands. He has a B.A. from Duke University.
