Beginning her career at Google, she helped open multiple offices and develop teams across several organizations, winning multiple trailblazer and innovation awards. While at Google, she served as the first Head of Industry, Media, and Entertainment, where she led groundbreaking global deals and strategy development. After working on multiple global deals and consulting media companies on transformation and adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies, Rhim joined Paramount Pictures in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of International Digital Marketing, overseeing breakthrough creative, stunted activations, and data-driven strategy utilized across 60+ markets for all theatrical releases. While at Paramount, she led a restructure of the team and strategy, with a focus on accelerating adoption of new media and technology practices contributing to record digital stats and international box office index. From Paramount, Rhim joined IMAX as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships and was promoted to the Chief Strategy Officer, IMAX Entertainment after forming first of kind partnerships and producing award-winning shows with iconic artists and brands. While at IMAX, she created and implemented new theatrical technologies as well as the first direct-to-consumer capabilities to expand the brand’s impact and expansion across immersive platforms and experiences.
