With a consumer‑first approach, she focuses on connecting data with consumer motivations to better understand audience behavior and inspire data‑informed decision‑making across content, marketing, and distribution strategies.
Neela is passionate about inspiring storytellers through insights about real people, bridging the art of storytelling with the science of data to connect audiences with the stories that move them. She brings more than 20 years of experience in entertainment research, analytics, and strategy. Prior to joining NBCUniversal, she served as the Head of Content & Audience Insights at Netflix where she led a global team that combined consumer analytics and storytelling to scale insights that supported Netflix’s rapid expansion across series, films, and kids content worldwide.
