Pepper Chiavacci is Senior Vice President, Product Management at Warner Bros. Discovery. In this role, Pepper leads a team that focuses on acquiring and retaining customers via commerce features and capabilities, subscription and activation flows, customer access and identity (login & profiles), retention and membership, and product capabilities to support Marketing. Pepper and her team were also instrumental in HBO Max’s transition to Max, the company’s unified streaming platform, now available in the U.S., Latin America, European, and APAC markets, with more launches planned in additional territories.

Pepper is an expert in defining and building global, digital and direct-to-consumer products based upon data-driven designs, with a background in media and entertainment, streaming video on demand (SVOD), DTC channel growth strategies and user interface and experience (UI/UX) innovation. Prior to Warner Bros. Discovery, Chiavacci held senior positions in the product teams at MotorTrend Group and TEN: The Enthusiast Network, along with Acer and Accenture.

Pepper holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and currently resides in Los Angeles.
