Tania is EVP of Research, Strategy & Analysis for Sony Pictures Television Studios. As a senior member of the TV Leadership team, she leads a production-focused research & data team that informs the development, production & distribution of Sony Pictures Television series, both domestically and internationally. She partners with our internal development, current, marketing & communications executives to use consumer insight to create best-in-class television. Her team works across all genres of television: Drama, Comedy, Kids & Family, Game Shows, Adult Animation, Non-Fiction/Unscripted, Daytime/Syndication & Int’l Production.
Prior to joining Sony, Tania was at Warner Bros, where she held an increasing number of leadership roles throughout her almost 8-year tenure.
Tania is a senior business leader with 25+ years-experience harnessing the voice of the consumer to drive global brand & franchise strategy, enduring innovation, award-winning content, and brand communications. While at Mattel, she played an integral role in the evolution of Barbie, as one of the leaders driving the launch of both culturally diverse Barbies and body diverse Barbies (e.g. Curvy Barbie). The consumer insights work that underpinned those initiatives were featured in interviews with Time Magazine, the New York Times and other global publications.
Tania is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business & is completing a mini-masters in Business Analytics at Harvard.
